If your order is shipping to Ohio we are required to collect sales tax. 

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal.  All orders are billed in US Dollars.

Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes.  We offer discounts to qualified Trade professionals.  Contact us for more information.

Who designs your products and where are they made?
Brush Factory studio in Cincinnati, Ohio.  All of our products are designed and manufactured by Brush Factory.  

Shipping and Delivery:

How long will it take to receive my order?
Some of our products are in stock while some are made to order.  In stock items will arrive within seven to ten days whereas made to order items will require a lead time of 2-4 weeks plus shipment time.  

How are your products shipped?
Products are intentionally designed for efficiency of shipment many ship flat and require simple assembly.  We ship via United States Postal Service.

Where do you ship?
We can delivery anywhere in the continental United States. If you would like to inquire about additional international shipping options, please email for assistance.

What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your purchase you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and you will receive company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned with intact, original packaging.  There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of one year only from date of original purchase.

I am missing product assembly instructions and don’t understand how to assemble.

What if something arrives damaged?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.  While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur.  Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

My order was missing parts.  What do I do?
If you are missing parts we will replace them. Please email us at to receive the necessary parts.

WARRANTY Brighton Exchange will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser. Brighton Exchange warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase.  However we encourage customers to embrace slight discrepancies as our products are built by hand.  Brighton Exchange reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.  In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Brighton Exchange within 14 days of occurrence. Brighton Exchange, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
